Salary ranges vary depending on job type; however, our Compensation Packages at Digi-Data are very comparative to what the market offers. Digi-Data commissioned external consultants to conduct this study and all salaries were adjusted in keeping with and upwards of industry standards. These scales continue to be used for new recruits. Additionally, Digi-Data is renewing this process to ensure that we continue to be competitive in the arena of compensation.
